Sydney E. "Syd" Miller

Sydney E. Miller, 81, of Manheim, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. He was the son of the late Monroe M. and Charlotte Andes Miller. Syd retired as a truck driver and was an avid golfer who enjoyed his annual trips to Florida. He had a compassionate heart for his homeless furry friends.

 Surviving are six siblings: Carol Garner, James, Rosalie, Richard, Gary, and Vaughn Miller. He was preceded in death by six siblings: Betty Wiersma, Nancy Shenberger, Jere, Jack, Terry, and Douglas Miller.

 Syd's family would like to express their gratitude to the Hospice home vsiting nurses and the Hospice & Community Center in Mount Joy.

 Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
