Robert A. "Bob" Montgomery

Robert A. “Bob” Montgomery, 77, of Manheim, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Cleve and Margaret McGee Montgomery. He was the loving husband of the late Rebecca L. Keener Montgomery who passed away in 2021. Bob worked for M&M Mars, Elizabethtown. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and especially spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are two sons, Troy “Butch” husband of Shana Montgomery, Adam Montgomery, both of Manheim, five grandchildren: Alex, Brooks, Britney, Addison and Piper, and a sister Phyllis Shiley of Hatboro. He was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Janet Montgomery, a sister, Joanne Clawson, and a brother, William Ober.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Bob’s Memorial Service at Community Bible Church, 1849 South Forge Road, Palmyra on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM. There will be a time of visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions in Bob’s memory to Mt. Hope United Christian Church, 118 North Laurel Street, Manheim, PA 17545.
