Mike Fleck 67, of Manheim, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Born in Tyrone, Mike was the son of the late Jesse C. Fleck Sr. and Grace Robison Fleck. He was the devoted husband of Dawn M. Knarr Fleck, and together they would have celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary this September. Mike dedicated his career to the agricultural industry and took great pride in the relationships he built with farmers and vendors throughout the years. He was currently employed as the Northeast Sales Manager for AgroChem, a company he deeply appreciated, along with the many colleagues and friends he worked beside.
Outside of work, Mike’s greatest joy was his family and friends. He cherished time spent playing cards and games, swimming in the pool, working in the yard, smoking a brisket, and relaxing around a fire with family and friends. Above all else, Mike loved being surrounded by those he cared about most. A man of strong faith, he was devoted to his Lord and Savior and lived his life guided by those beliefs.
In addition to his wife, Dawn, Mike is survived by his three daughters: Amanda, wife of Michael Adams, of Lancaster; Valerie Fleck, companion of Ryan Fisher, of Manheim; and Ashley Fleck, companion of Drazan Mlivoncic, of Palmyra. He is also survived by his eight beloved grandchildren: Andrew, Eleanor, Jackson, McKenzie, Xander, Mia, Luka, and Savona; and by two sisters, Judy Groff of Seven Valleys and Vickie Livelsberger of Spring Grove. In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by three sisters, Carol Snyder, Terry Baker, and Betsy Rebuck; as well as a great-niece and a great-nephew.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Mike’s funeral service at Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 1:30 PM. A viewing will be held at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mike’s memory may be made to Water Street Mission in Lancaster or Jubilee Ministries Manheim.
