Mary Allen Krupa

Mary Allen Krupa, 91, formerly of Manheim, died peacefully, Saturday, March 23, 2024.  Born in Kent, CT, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha (Lefevre) Allen.  She was the widow of Thomas J. Krupa who died in 2016. The life Mary Allen Krupa reflects a life well lived, filled with love, travel and service to others.  Her passion for volunteering with the American Red Cross and the Manheim Library highlights her commitment to her community.   Her extensive travels with her late husband included visits to all 50 United States as well as many European countries.  May her family find comfort in her legacy of kindness and adventure.  Mary’s “green thumb” served her well with her joy of gardening.

     Surviving is a daughter Katherine Borne, Ephrata; three sons Thomas J. Krupa, Jr., Lancaster; Joseph husband of Susan Krupa, Owings Mills, MD; Michael A. husband of Carol Krupa, Madison, MS; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a sister Marie wife of Robert Coppins, West Branch MI.   In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother Philip, two sisters Rita and Jean; and son in-law Michael Borne.
