Marion S. Shelley

February 28, 1931 — November 19, 2023


   Marion S. Shelley, 92, of Lititz, died peacefully on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Paramount Senior Living, Maytown. Born in Neffsville, she was the daughter of the late M. Kenneth and Laura Todd Stauffer. Marion was the loving wife of the late Donald P. Shelley who died in December of 1976. For many years Marion was employed as a candy maker in the Candy Kitchen at Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz. She was an active and faithful member of Lititz Moravian Congregation. Her interests include: sewing, baking, camping, and being a passionate Manheim Central Barons Football Fan.

  Surviving is a son, Dean B. Shelley of Lititz, a sister, Bernice wife of Ken Kline of Lititz, sister-in-law, Joanne Stauffer of Lititz, and a brother-in-law, Clifford Keith of Lititz. Preceding her in death is a daughter, Bonnie Shelley, two sisters: Ellie Adair Barr, Anetta Keith, and two brothers: James Lloyd Stauffer, and Carl Stauffer.

   Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Marion’s memorial service at the Lititz Moravian Church, 8 Church Square, Lititz, on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family immediately following the memorial service at the church.  Interment will be private in the adjoining church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in Marion’s memory to: Lititz Moravian Book of Remembrance, C/O Lititz Moravian Church, 8 Church Square, Lititz, PA 17543.
