Lorele C. Tillman

Lorele C. Tillman, 76, of Mount Joy, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026, while under the care of Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. She was the beloved wife of Richard J. Tillman, Jr., with whom she shared 33 years of marriage.

Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Sally (Cutrone) Devlin.

Lorele was a wonderful person who influenced many lives. Throughout her years of being a friend of Bill W. she was able to help and mentor many women who were in need. Lorele related to people so well that they affectionately called her “Mom”. She was also a gifted artist, creating many beautiful paintings, and she was known to be a great cook. Lorele was a member of New Hope Christian Fellowship in Marietta.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Thomas Lacey, of Mountville, Katie Knable, wife of Neil, of Hawaii, and Cody Tillman, of Mount Joy; grandchildren, Sophia, Serenity, Troy, Ayva, Harmony, Jaxon, Eli, and Evie; and a sister, Barbara Neger, of Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Thally.

As per Lorele’s wishes, services and interment will be private.
