Linda S. "Peanut" Dennis

    Linda S. “Peanut” Dennis, 77, of Manheim, died peacefully on Monday, November 13, 2023, at UPMC Hospital, Lititz. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Claude B. and Pauline Carter Fink. Linda was the loving wife of Clair E. Dennis who died in January of 2010. For over 22 years Linda was employed by the former AMP Company, Mount Joy; she then worked for Weis Markets, Manheim Store until her retirement. She was a 1964 graduate of Manheim Central High School, and volunteered in her younger years for the Manheim Veterans Ambulance Association. Linda loved spending time and sharing her home pool with friends and family. She had a deep passion for her family and friends; with a true servant’s heart, Linda would help anyone that was in need. Linda will be lovingly missed by the families Yellow Labs, Rylee and Peach who provided therapy and care to Linda during her illness.

   Surviving is a son, Troy L. husband of Connie Dennis of Manheim, a granddaughter, Cailee Nicole Dennis of Manheim, and a sister, Donna wife of Lavere Ort of Manheim. Preceding her in death are two brothers: Donald and Ken Fink.
