Judith A. "Judy" Nevius

Judith A. Nevius, 87, of Lititz, and formerly of Yardley, died peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at her home. Born in Lower Makefield Township, she was the daughter of the late Duane D. Doan, Sr. and Ida Mae Cardell Doan. Judy was the loving wife of the late James R. Nevius who died in January of 1991. Because she enjoyed helping others, at the age of 54 she returned to school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. She enjoyed camping with family at Ricketts Glen, jigsaw puzzles, word jumbles, but most important was the time she spent having adventures with her grandchildren.

Surviving are two daughters: Carolyn Adams, Lititz, with whom she resided, Sandra Raegler (Paul). Pottstown, a son, Scott Adams of Newtown. Three grandchildren: Marisa Landis (Cody) of Millersville, Pearce Raegler of Pottstown, SPC. Robert Raegler of Ft. Lewis McChord, WA. two brothers: Richard Doan (Brenda) Blaine Doan, and a sister-in-law, Shirley Doan.

Preceding her in death is a son, Richard B. Adams, three brothers: Duane Doan, Jr (Dorothy), Robert Doan, Charles Doan, and a sister, Dorothy LoPresti (Michael).
