Jennifer Kay “Jenn” Hollinger, 54, of East Petersburg, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, entered into eternal rest and into the arms of her Savior on Friday, February 20, 2026. As a true beach lover, Jenn passed away while visiting the Dominican Republic – Punta Cana, a breathtaking, spectacular beach. She lived and died strong in her faith.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Sandra Stauffer (Weise), wife of Melvin Weise of Denver, and the late Karl Stauffer. Jenn was the loving wife of Tim Hollinger, with whom she celebrated 27 wonderful years of marriage in August of last year.
Jenn was a 1989 graduate of Conestoga Valley High School. For many years, she worked as a Human Resource Manager and was also a registered Notary. She was a dedicated member of Real Life Church of God in East Petersburg. She faithfully supported her husband, Tim, in his ministry through the Church of God General Conference, serving alongside him during his pastorates at Mt. Tabor Church of God in Celina, Ohio.
While at Mt. Tabor, she founded a women’s retreat ministry and helped grow the church’s Vacation Bible School program. During her time at Real Life Church, she managed the church's Food Bank, serving and supporting many individuals and families throughout several local communities.
She had a deep love for traveling to Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach. Jenn also enjoyed flower gardening, walking through local greenhouses, and was always willing to tackle DIY projects. On the weekends, she could be enthusiastically cheering on her favorite sports teams: the Dallas Cowboys, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Philadelphia Phillies.
Jenn had an open heart for people from all walks of life. She was welcoming, compassionate, and passionate about being there to support others. She loved her family fiercely, and the greatest joy of her life was her grandchildren. Jenn felt deeply blessed by her family and made it her mission to share that love with everyone she met.
Hearts were always her symbol in life — a reflection of the love she gave so freely and the love that will continue through all who knew her.
Jenn’s family finds comfort in the promise of Scripture: “Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord.” — Gospel of Matthew 25:23. Though our hearts ache in her absence, we rejoice in knowing she is at peace, walking the shores of heaven, and hearing the voice of her Savior. Her legacy of faith, love, and servant-hearted compassion will live through her family, her church, and all who were blessed to know her. Until we meet again, we carry her heart with us.
Surviving, in addition to her husband Tim; her mother, Sandra, and stepfather, Melvin; are two daughters: Samantha Goularte of Elizabethtown and Kimberly Hollinger of Wrightsville; a son, Zachary Hollinger of Indianapolis, Indiana; five grandchildren: Xavier, Justin, Aliyah, Lillian, and Savannah; and a brother, Kelby Stauffer of Leola. She was preceded in death by her father, Karl Stauffer, and a niece, Sophie Stauffer.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jenn’s Celebration of Life Service at the Mount Joy Church of God, 30 East Main Street, Mount Joy, on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Saturday morning from 9:30 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be private in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. As she was a self-proclaimed “Dog Mom”, we humbly ask that in place of flowers, contributions may be sent in Jenn’s memory to the Humane League of Lancaster County, 2195 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602.
