Harold W. Cassel

Harold W. Cassel, 84, of Manheim passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late John L. and Elsie (Wisegarver) Cassel. He was the loving husband of Sherry D. (Lord) Cassel and they observed their 52nd wedding anniversary this past June. Harold retired in 2008 as a concrete finisher for Stief Concrete Inc., New Holland. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Manheim and served in the United States Army.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter, Faith wife of Ronald Weaver of Manheim and two sons, Michael Cassel of Manheim and Kerry husband of Patrice Cassel of Lititz. He was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Clair and Henry Cassel.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Harold’s Memorial Service at Salem United Methodist Church, 140 North Penn Street, Manheim on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions in Harold’s memory to Salem United Methodist Church.
