Elvin M. Nolt

Elvin M. Nolt, 84, of Manheim, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at Pleasant View Communities. He was the beloved husband of Verna Mae (Burkhart) Nolt, with whom he shared 64 years of marriage. Born in Bareville, Lancaster County, he was the son of the late Allen W. and Esther (Myers) Nolt. Elvin’s working career was as a farm equipment mechanic, and he retired from Deere Country, Mount Joy, with 42 years of service. He was a member of White Oak Church, Manheim.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Mark (Amy) Nolt, Linda Saylor, and Jim (Melissa) Nolt, all of Lititz, brothers, Ray (Eva) Nolt and Glenn (Revenda) Nolt, a sister, Ruth Kreider, seven grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Dean Saylor, sisters, Eva Jane Hoover and Arlene Horst, and a brother, Ken Nolt.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, November 11, at White Oak Church, 1211 North Penryn Road, Manheim, with a viewing at the church from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Interment will take place in the adjoining church cemetery.
