Elva K. Martin

           Elva K. Martin, 89, of West Willow Rest Home, Willow Street, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023. Born in Lititz on November 21, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Raymond and Emily (Mann) Keens. She was the wife of the late Elmer G. Martin Jr. who died in 1995. Elva was a member of Conestoga Drive Mennonite Church, Lancaster.

            She is survived by her daughter, Carol Jane (William) Hess of McIntosh, MN, a son-in-law, Rick Shupp of Bourbon, IN; 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Violet Barr, Electa Mohler, Janet Sharp, a brother, Marlin (Emma) Keens; 2 sisters-in-law, Anna Ruth Keens and Lois J. Martin. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Velma Jean Shupp, a grandson, Lee Hess, a brother, Samuel Keens and a sister, Sophia (Donald) Johnson.
