Doris Lorraine Wike

Doris Lorraine Wike, 96, of Penryn, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing, Lititz. Born in Lititz, she was the daughter of the late Ezra and Mary Weachter Cochran. She was the loving wife of the late Richard J. Wike who passed away in 2009. Lorraine was a member of St. Paul Penryn Lutheran Church and a life-time member of the Penryn Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Her interests included camping, cooking, and baking. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving are two daughters, Deborah A. wife of David Wehr of Fairview, PA, Glenda K. wife of Alvin Redcay of San Benito, TX, a son, Jeffrey D. husband of Susan Wike of Lancaster, six grandchildren: Keith, Scott, and Joel Haldeman, Jamie and Jason Redcay, Abby Wike, seventeen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and a brother, Ken husband of Erla Cochran of Riverview, FL. She was preceded in death by a sister, Joanne Rice.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Lorraine’s Funeral Service at St. Paul Penryn Lutheran Church, 1258 Newport Road, Penryn, PA 17564 on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment in Penryn Cemetery.
