 Clayton “Butch” Thomas, 77 of Marietta, PA died Tuesday, December 24, 2024. Husband of Ruth Ann Thomas, and they shared 34 years of marriage. Born in Lancaster PA on November 18, 1947, he was the son of Clayton Lee Thomas, Sr. and Anna Mary Eshleman. “Butch” was a retired machinist from Anvil, Columbia. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served from 1965 – 1971. His hobbies were Traveling with Ruth and family, tinkering on cars and bikes, collector of novelty items, and going to flea markets.

 He is survived by 2 children, Kathy Cullen, Alabama, James Thomas, Pennsylvania; 2 grandsons; 3 granddaughters; 6 great-grandsons; 3 great-granddaughters. Also surviving are “Butch’s” step-children, Ramona Eberly and William Eberly both of Pennsylvania; 2 step-granddaughters; 1 step-grandson; and 5 step-great-grandsons. “Butch” had no siblings or cousins.
