Marie A. Wagner

Marie A. Wagner, 63, of Manheim, died peacefully on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center, Lititz. Born in New York City, N.Y. she was the daughter of Josephine Muccio Cassarino Rizzo of New York City, N.Y. and the late Frank Cassarino. Marie was the loving wife of Rod L. Wagner and they observed their 40th wedding anniversary in October of last year. For many years Marie had worked as the home care director for the Danner Home, Manheim; previously she was employed in the housekeeping department for Pleasant View Retirement Community. She was known for her special Italian meals that she would make from scratch. Her life-long passion was her beloved family and she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband Rod, are two sons, Dan husband of Jessica Wagner, Dennis husband of Sheila Wagner, a daughter, Aleah wife of Jeremy Stief all of Manheim, seven grandchildren: Evan, Owen, Cameron, Brielle, and Brayden Wagner, Mason and Madison Stief, six sisters: Cathy, Valerie, Beatrice, Teresa, Lisa, Penny, and a brother, Frank.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
