John M. Redd Jr.

John M. Redd Jr., 69, of Mount Carmel, and formerly of Manheim, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the Mountain View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Coal Township. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late John M. Sr. and Mary Geib Redd. In his early years John worked for the Manheim Foundry. John had a passion for the outdoors; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hiking.

Surviving is a daughter, Melissa M. Redd of Mount Carmel, a granddaughter, Nicolette Ray and his former wife Louise Becker Redd.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
