Jesse R. Elsen

Jesse R. Elsen, 50, formerly of Prince Street, Lancaster, died peacefully on Friday, April 2, 2010 at the Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Sarah Trout Blevins wife of John Blevins of Manheim. Jesse worked in flower sales for many years. He was a1981 graduate of Lampeter Strasburg High School. Jesse served on the Community Action Program Lancaster Board. He was a long time Philadelphia Phillies fan.

Surviving in addition to his mother is a sister, Cinda L. wife of Jerry C. Seig of Manheim, two nephews: Nathan Bloom, Philip Seig, and a great niece Adreanna Bloom.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his funeral service from the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square Manheim on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bob Yothers Jr. officiating. Interment will be private in Mellingers Mennonite Cemetery. There will be a public viewing on Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
