Doris G. McGinnis, 90, of Lititz, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Born in Lyndon, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Blanche Groff. Doris was the wife of the late Everett B. McGinnis who died in August of 2015. For over 37 years Doris worked as a proofreader for Science Press in Ephrata. Her interests included cross word puzzles, watching game shows and rooting for the Phillies.
Surviving is a daughter, Donna B. Loraw and a son, G. Michael husband of Vicki McGinnis all of Lititz, five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and a sister, Marion wife of Frances Schoeber of Lancaster. Preceding her in death are thirteen siblings.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Riverview Burial Park, Lancaster.
