Donald F. “Don” Byron, 93, of Lancaster passed away on Thursday June 6, 2019 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Newark, NJ, he was the son of the late Daniel and Jeanne Anderson Byron. He was the husband of the late Margaret Martin Byron who passed away in 1990. Don retired as an Engineer from Armstrong World Industries. He proudly served as a Major in the United States Army Air Force and he was of the Catholic Faith.

Surviving are three sons, Donald J. husband of Connie Byron of Los Angeles, CA, Mark D. husband of Jennifer Byron of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and Gary T. husband of Jami Byron of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, four grandchildren and a brother, William husband of Betty Byron of Malibu, CA. Also surviving is his companion, Ella Piella of Lancaster.

Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. Internment in Hernley Mennonite Cemetery.
