David D. Erb

David D. Erb, 88, of Lancaster, died peacefully on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at the Lebanon Veterans Administration Medical Center, Lebanon. Born in Manheim, he was the son of the late Samuel and Margie Stoneroad Erb. Dave was the owner and operator of the former Dave's Body Shop, Leola. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II. Dave had a passion for hunting throughout his life. Surviving is a daughter, Deborah Jackson and a son, D. Daniel husband of Alice Nunemaker all of Honeybrook, and four grandchildren. He was the last of his immediate family. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his graveside service at the Erb Mennonite Cemetery, 567 West Lexington Road, Lititz, on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM.
