Christine L. Brady, 72, of Pinch Road, Manheim, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Born in Rapho Township, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Greiner Geib. Christine retired from Alcoa Lancaster where she was employed for 23 years. She was the wife of the late Richard W. Dick Brady. Christine will be missed by her loving companion of 25 years John F. Brucker Jr. She was a life member of the Elstonville Sportsmen Association. Her interests included: bird watching, knitting, crocheting, flower gardening, traveling for ice cream, and sight seeing adventures.

Surviving in addition to her companion, are two sons, Joseph A. Brady of Manheim, David husband of Bonnie Brady of Billings, MT., a daughter, Georgia Brady of Manheim, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, two step sons, John F. Jack Brucker III of Lebanon, Brian T. husband of Darlene Brucker of Oklahoma, one step granddaughter, three brothers: G. Richard husband of Doris Geib of Elizabethtown, J. Kenneth husband of Gerry Geib of Manheim, and Jere Geib companion of Ileen Snavely of Manheim. Preceding her in death is a brother, Charles W. Geib and two sisters: Katherine Ditzler and Barbara May Sides.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Friday, October 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Chaplain Anthony L. Jarrett officiating. Interment will be in Colebrook Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, South Londonderry Township. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Friday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Please omit flowers.
