Betty J. Hilton Gibble

Betty J. Hilton Gibble, 82, of 113 Adele Avenue Manheim went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at the Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Manheim she was the daughter of the late William and Caroline Yeager Duncan. Betty worked at the Fenner Company Manheim for many years. She was the wife of the late Stanley E. Gibble and the late Kermit K. Ted Hilton. Betty enjoyed shopping, spending time with her poodle Peppy and watching NASCAR racing. She was a passionate fan of driver Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Surviving is a son, Curtis Hilton fiance of Cynthia M. Porta of Manheim, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, a sister, Dorothy Bedger of Hershey, a half brother, Donald Royer of Manheim and a daughter-in-law Linda Hilton of Manheim. Preceding her in death was a son, Preston Hilton and three brothers: Charles, Dick and Bill Duncan.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service from the Buch Funeral Home 21 Market Square Manheim, PA on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM. Interment is in Manheim Fairview Cemetery Penn Township. There will be a public viewing at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
