Alice C. Deitz

Alice C. Deitz, 66, of Marietta, died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center, Lititz. Born in West Hempfield Twp., she was daughter of the late Ross and Myrtle Dunkelberger Fair. She was the wife of Albert E. Deitz. A homemaker, Alice enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family. Surviving is a stepson, Douglas Deitz of Florida, a daughter, JoAnn wife of Scott Schildt of Lebanon, two sons, Albert Jr. husband of Becky Deitz of Elizabethtown, Ross Deitz companion of Gretchen Cover of Marietta, 11 grandchildren, a brother, Ross husband of Carol Fair of Lititz, four sisters, Fay wife of Jack Rathkey of Lititz, Alta wife of Donald Hamric of Willow Street, Janet wife of Harry Reynolds and Martha wife of John Decker both of Lititz. She was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Fair. Funeral Services will take place at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Interment in Longenecker's Brethren Cemetery, Warwick Township. There will be a public viewing at the funeral home on Friday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Please omit flowers.
