Ruth F. Keller

January 9, 1926 — November 11, 2013

Ruth F. Keller, 87, of Manheim went home to be with her Lord on Monday, November 11, 2013 at Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim. Born in Manheim, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Emma Fahnestock Ginder. She was the loving wife of the late John B. Keller who died in 2007. A homemaker, Ruth was a member of White Oak Church of the Brethren, Manheim. She enjoyed cooking and gardening and loved to spend time with her family.

Ruth is survived by her loving children, Rachel A. wife of Glenn Fahnestock of Manheim, Mervin husband of Karen Siegrist of Wales, Maine, Doris J. wife of Gary Hiller of Lancaster and Linda K. wife of Nevin Kegerreis of Chambersburg, 14 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 20 step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren and a sister, Anna Mae Urban.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at White Oak Church of the Brethren, 1211 North Penryn Road, Manheim on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interment in Longenecker’s Brethren Cemetery, Lititz. There will be a public viewing at the church on Friday evening from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and again at the church on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of service.
