Richard L. Devlin, 55, of Mount Joy died unexpectedly at home on Thursday, September 4, 2014. Born in Lancaster County, he was the son of the late Laverne and Nancy Heisey Devlin.
Surviving are two brothers, Ronald Devlin, Randall Devlin Sr. and two sisters, Robin Devlin and Renee Friedhofer. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Devlin.
