Pauline M. Fry, 90, of Manheim, died unexpectedly of natural causes on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Quarryville, she was the daughter of the late Bige and Sylvia (Barr) Groff. She was the wife of the late C. Robert Fry who died in 1978. Pauline was a cafeteria worker at Donegal High School and also at the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center, Mount Joy campus. She had also been employed at Cope's Frozen Foods of Rheems. Pauline was a faithful member of the Mount Joy Church of God, the Ergatans Sunday School Class, and the COG'S. She enjoyed gardening and yard work, cooking, baking and canning, and she enjoyed playing the guitar and yodeling. Surviving are three sons, Kenneth husband of Beverly Fry, Donald Fry all of Manheim, Ronald Fry of Elizabethtown; two daughters, Ruth Ann Gibble of Manheim Betty wife of John Swanger of Marietta; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service at the Mount Joy Church of God, 30 E. Main St. Mount Joy, on Saturday March 26, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. Interment will be in Henry Eberle Cemetery. There will be a public viewing on Friday at the Mount Joy Church of God from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M., and also on Saturday at the church from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
