Marilyn E. Schell

Marilyn E. Schell, 76 of Mount Joy, formerly of Palmyra, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in New Britain, CT, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Elizabeth Bernabucci Vitale. Marilyn retired after many years with the H. B. Reese Candy Company, Hershey. Earlier in her career, she worked as a telephone operator. Marilyn was of the Catholic faith and attended Mary Mother of the Church, Mount Joy. She was an avid walker, and also enjoyed swimming and performing volunteer work with her friends.

Marilyn is survived by her beloved son Todd R. husband of Melody Schell of Enterprise, Alabama. Preceding her in death is a brother David Vitale.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 West Main Street, Mount Joy on Monday, April 6, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Friends may visit with the family immediately following the service.
