Marian B. Miller

Marian B. Miller, 92, resident of United Zion Retirement Community, Lititz and formerly of Newport Road, Elm, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Ephrata Community Hospital. Born in Elizabeth Township, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Mary Burkholder Brubaker and stepmother, Lizzie Metzler Brubaker. She was the loving wife of J. Arlington Miller and they would have celebrated their 72nd anniversary in May. Marian worked part-time in the kitchen for the Manheim Auto Auction. In her earlier years, she helped her husband on the family farm in Elm. Marian was a member of White Oak Church of the Brethren, Manheim.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Carl L. husband of Karen Youndt Miller and John G. husband of Linda Kreider Miller both of Lititz, a daughter-in-law Erma Gerhart Miller of Lititz, eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, a brother, John Henry Brubaker and a sister Elizabeth wife of William Martin both of Lititz. She is preceded in death by a son, Clair E. Miller, one brother, H. Elmer Brubaker and a sister Arlene Patches.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Marian’s funeral service at White Oak Church of the Brethren, 1211 North Penryn Road, Manheim on Tuesday April 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM. There will be a public viewing at the church on Monday evening from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and again on Tuesday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Interment in Graybill’s Brethren Cemetery, Elm.
