Lester R. Martin, 85, of East Earl, died peacefully on Sunday, June 19, 2016. Born in Lancaster County, he was the son of the late Jacob and Elsie Keiffer Martin. Lester was the husband of the late Eloise Getz Martin who passed away in 2006.
For many years, Lester was a loom operator and repairman for the former Frank Ix and Sons Silk Mill, New Holland. In retirement, he found happiness in simply spending time outdoors and enjoying nature.
Surviving is a son, Shawn S. Martin of Lititz. Services will be private.
