James Ramcharitar

James Ramcharitar, 56, of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday February 17, 2013 at his residence. He was born March 2, 1956 in Guyana SA, and moved to the United States in 1980. He is the son of Bish (Cheddi) Ramcharitar and the late Neil Ramcharitar. Surviving in addition to his mother is a son Neil Ramcharitar of Kissimmee, FL; brothers Rajan, Bharrat, and Rudy; sisters Shyama, Kamala, and Shanta; and three nephews and six nieces. He was employed as a clerk at Marshall’s Department Store in Harrisburg. James was a kind, free spirited man who always had a smile for you, and a helping hand if you ever needed one.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a public viewing at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 W. Main St. Mount Joy, PA on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions in James’s memory may be sent to the American Heart Association, 610 Community Way, Lancaster PA 17603.
