David Walt Wolfe

January 7, 1957 — February 12, 2011

David Walt Wolfe, 54, of Manheim died peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County Mount Joy.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Ruth L. Davis Wolfe of Manheim and the late Roy Wolfe Sr. David worked for Triple M Farms in the Feed Mill Division located in Lebanon. He had a passion for the outdoors; where he enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. David was a member of the Cushing Hunting Club and the Second Chance Hunting Camp both located in Potter County. His other interests were traveling to the shore and rooting for his favorite teams the Phillies and Eagles.
Surviving in addition to his mother are three step sons: Steven P. husband of Laura Petrosky Sattazahn of Adamstown, Bobby S. husband of Tracy Baskin Sattazahn of Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Jeremiah W. husband of Hope Flora Sattazahn of Warner Robbins, Georgia, ten step grandchildren, a brother, Roy husband of Cindy Enck Wolfe of Manheim and a sister, Romona wife of Randy Shelly of Lititz. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his memorial service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 4:00 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Friends may visit with the family immediately following the memorial service.
