Dale P. Jeffries

Dale P. Jeffries, 90, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Blairs Mills, Huntingdon County, he was the son of the late David and Blanche Vaughn McGinnis. He was the loving husband of the late Ina May Gimple Jeffries. Dale retired from Alcoa, Lancaster and proudly served in the United States Navy during WW II. He graduated from the former Hershey Industrial School and was a member of the Milton Hershey School Alumni Association. Dale was also a member of the Mount Joy VFW Post 5752 and Elizabethtown American Legion Post 329.

Surviving is a brother, Lester husband of Jean Jeffries of Manheim and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by thirteen siblings.
